CANAL WINCHESTER – Get ready for the Dogtap.
That’s the name of the new pub/restaurant that Scottish craft brewery BrewDog plans to open Aug. 16 at a 42-acre site at 96 Gender Road, which is about a mile south of U.S. 33 and just north of the Madison Township Fire Department. The company also is opening a production center at the location, which will be its North American headquarters, as well as a pub in Columbus.
The company’s newly minted vice president, Jason Davis, said the project will cost $32.5 million.
